I faced an insect infestation in my room, and the manager laughed at my concerns. He was condescending and didn't treat the issue seriously at all. With flies, ants, and a cockroach, it was revolting, yet the staff dismissed my complaints.

unahotels is a nice hotel in trastevere, just a short walk from fantastic restaurants, cafes, and bars. the room was very clean, and breakfast was good. also, there's easy access to buses and trams to explore more of the area.

During my stay in the Superior Single Room, I adored the luxurious bathroom featuring powerful showers and beautiful finishes. The rooftop breakfast was a delight, with fine views of the city. I really appreciated how close the hotel was to both the iconic Trevi Fountain and the picturesque Castel Sant'Angelo, making it easy to stroll through stunning neighborhoods filled with history and charm while enjoying delightful local restaurants nearby, like A Casa Mia and Rione 13. overall, it was a pleasure to explore the area on foot, soaking up the vibrant atmosphere of the city. It’s also worth mentioning that the staff was friendly and the hotel had clean public areas, which really enhanced my stay as a solo traveler.

Breakfast on the rooftop was a delightful treat, offering a mix of fresh pastries and organic juices. Also, the decor at Unahotels was modern and pleasing, setting a lovely vibe during our stay.
